England 2023

Start: Friday 28th July 2023

End: Sunday 6th August 2023

Synopsis: We now understood that we got along incredibly in person. This time it made much more sense for Yen to visit Nathan in England considering she eventually wants to move there. We started planning this trip almost instantaneously after Nathan got back from Belgium. We realised how well we functioned around each other, so naturally, this made sense. We planned out some rough dates that we could both look at and see when we could get time off. We settled on Friday 28th July to Sunday 6th August as Yen didn't have work at that time as her bosses were also away on Holiday, and Nathan could get the time off. We decided to stay just outside of Peterborough as it was close enough to the train station so we could travel freely. We also spent a couple of nights at Nathan's Family home getting to know the animals and meeting Nathan's Parents. This trip was pretty much the same as last time, we got along brilliantly and spent more time getting to get to understand each other on a personal level as well as Yen getting a chance to meet more of Nathan's Family.

Friday 28th: We spent a lot of time catching up and having a moment to ourselves.

Saturday 29th: We got up early and went out for a ride on the motorbike in the morning before we could check-in to where we were staying in Peterborough for some time to ourselves.

Sunday 30th: We spent the day exploring Peterborough, looking at the old buildings, taking in the town, and enjoying ourselves; we also did a bit of shopping.

Monday 31st: Today we decided to meet up with Nathan's Grandma and spend the day at Yorkshire Wildlife Park looking at the animals and having a relaxed time looking around, spending quality time together.

Tuesday 1st: We decided to spend a bit more time in Peterborough exploring what the town had to offer and if we could consider moving here.

Wednesday 2nd: We wanted a change of pace so we decided to book into a Cat Cafe in Nottingham as well as doing some shopping.

Thursday 3rd: Today we took a day to ourselves relaxing and watching poorly made TV, cooking and being ourselves with eachother

Friday 4th: We ventured back to near where Nathan lives and spent the day in Skegness, having fun we went to the arcades played games and goofed around.

Saturday 5th: Today we had to pack up and clean our AirBnB to make sure it was ready for the next person so we took the day to relax and get ready for not seeing eachother for a while

Sunday 6th: Nathan dropped Yen off at Peterborough train station after spending the morning exploring Peterborough some more for them to make their way back home
